• the engagement you're interested in;
• what you're working on and what you need help accomplishing;
• the intended audience, publication, or platform;
• the approximate scope or word count, where applicable; and
• any relevant deadline.

For editorial review or other work involving existing material, please include it with your inquiry so I can assess the proposed work efficiently. If you've established a project budget, you're also welcome to share it.

I'll review your inquiry and let you know whether the project is a fit. If it is, we'll have a 15—30-minute introductory conversation to confirm our fit before I prepare a written working quote defining the scope, deliverables, fee, and terms.
